Course Aims

To provide a grounding in project management, enabling projects to be managed to time and budget.

Participants will understand:

The imperative of a clear understanding of functional requirements by users and the project team
To investigate the technical requirements and priorities
Clear estimation of effort required and budget needed
Project planning and assigning and tracking work
Updating records and regular reporting

To use project planning tools to map and track a project
